Job Vacancies

Quality/HACCP Technician

An experienced technician is required to conduct internal audits and sample checks to ensure conformance to product specification.  This will require routine wet chemistry testing (alcohol, pH and total acidity) and the reporting of quality performance results. Experience in food/drink manufacture is preferable.

Production Operatives

We are looking for a number of Production Operatives to join our team.  Ideal candidates will have worked in a food and drink manufacturing environment butt his is not essential as full training is provided.  Immediate start for the right candidates.

Visitor Centre Assistants

We currently attract around 400,000 visitors per year and require additional Visitor Centre Assistants.  The duties vary from meet and greet to providing an informative museum tour.  If you are enthusiastic, welcoming, efficient and punctual as well as being courteous and resourceful this could be the job for you.

We are also offering seasonal appointments for those of you who are back for the summer holidays!

Preserve Chef

With the forthcoming launch of our new range of preserves, sauces and marinades, we are looking for an innovative, customer facing Preserve Chef to help with all aspects of creation through to end product.  Working onsite in our jam kitchen, you will be required to head up production of our assorted preserves as well as manage the expectations of our 400,000 annual visitors. Previous experience essential.

Cook

We have a full time cook position available within our extremely busy restaurant.  This front of house role requires someone who is not only use to dealing with customers but also able to work to the required catering standards.
